Five-Day Training Program For Idea And Chaupal
Inclusion in entrepreneurship is vital for driving innovation and achieving success in the business world. By actively seeking out and valuing diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences, the startup and small business community can create a more equitable and prosperous economy. One organization working towards this goal is the FutureIcons Foundation. They are committed to promoting inclusion in entrepreneurship by increasing the participation of underrepresented groups such as women, individuals from low-income backgrounds, and people with disabilities in entrepreneurial activities.
To achieve this, FutureIcons Foundation collaborates with organizations such as IDEA (Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association) and Chaupal – Centre for Holistic Advancement & Upliftment of Poor & Landless. IDEA provides seed funds to people with disabilities to make them self-reliant, while Chaupal offers soft loans to low-income group individuals, particularly women. FutureIcons also raises awareness and provides training to these organizations.
Recently, the FutureIcons Foundation organized a five-day training program for IDEA and Chaupal from 12th January 2023 to 18th January 2023 at the DM office in Shahdara, Delhi. The training was attended by over 50 participants from various backgrounds and included sessions on financial literacy, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and other essential topics. The participants were also allowed to interact with experts in the field and learn from their experiences.
The session was concluded by Mr. Jitendra Mahajan, Chairperson of DDC, Shahdara, who delivered a powerful message of motivation and inspiration. He thanked the teams for their hard work and dedication to the cause and reminded them of the importance of self-reliance. He encouraged the participants to take ownership of their own lives and to strive for success in whatever they do. He also reminded them that winning is not always easy, but that it is achievable with hard work and dedication. He concluded by wishing everyone luck in their future endeavors.
