Increasing Employability of Engineering Students.

The FutureIcons Foundation proudly executed a prestigious pilot project titled “Increasing Employability of Engineering Students.” This project, conducted online, spanned a duration of four weeks, from August 19th to September 19th, comprising a total of 48 hours of comprehensive training.
The project employed a hybrid approach to content delivery, combining e-learning and face-to-face teaching methods in an 80-20 ratio, respectively. This dynamic approach ensured an engaging and interactive learning experience for the participants.
The pilot project involved the collaboration of two esteemed colleges, Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology in Delhi and Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Institute of Engineering & Technology. Each college hosted two batches of students, with 25 participants per batch, resulting in a total of 50 students involved in the program.
The focus of the pilot project was to enhance the employability of the participants through the development of crucial skills, including management skills, leadership skills, communication skills, and various other related parameters of soft skills. The content delivery was meticulously designed to cover these four major skills over the course of the four-week timeline, as discussed and agreed upon.
This pilot project stands as a testament to the FutureIcons Foundation’s commitment to empowering engineering students and equipping them with the necessary skills to thrive in the professional world.
