To be successful, youth needs to be flexible, creative, self-motivated, and able to innovate. They need to plan to learn continually and upgrade their skills throughout their lifetimes. Future Group launched ITC Mission Sunhara Kal in March 2018 – April 2018 in Dehradun and Haridwar region of Uttarakhand on FMCG to train the youngsters and these young boys and girls were placed successfully in Uttarakhand.
